I just thought that I'd be happy enough sharing you all a few of my shirt designs made especially for teachers.

I am a frustrated English Teacher, in addition to my frustration, I made myself an encyclopedia shirt with Wiki's logo on it.

Another shirt design I made for myself, because I am a Mathematics teacher is this, which happened to be my personal fave.

I made Ai her shirts because she teaches Science and History. She actually printed it immediately when I sent her the designs.

Another design is this TLE shirt I made for a friend.

If you happened to like my designs, I am not selling it, I am very much willing to give the original pixels to you with all my heart, given the fact that you have to send me back a picture of you wearing my design.

How to Make Good Old-fashioned Pancakes

Who in the world do not love pancakes for breakfast? Well, I eat pancakes on merienda (between meals).

Let me share a fact, in  United Kingdom, there is what they called as "Pancake Day", it is called such because pancakes were served everywhere, and some were for free. Pancake Day happens every Shrove Tuesday (Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday) or commonly known as the day before Ash Wednesday.

Pancakes are one of the easy-to-prepare breakfast you can offer to your family. Every countries has their own version of it. Pancake recipes are  almost known by everyone, it is also spread all over the internet, what I will share to you is my very own recipe that just boom out of my mind this morning of July 20, 2013. I called it "old fashioned pancakes".

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup milk (or cold water)
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter (or cooking oil)
cooking spray or butter

Toppings:
Butter
Maple syrup (or light syrup)

Procedure:

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. (flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt)

2. In a separate bowl beat the egg together with the milk.

3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together, mix well and pour the melted butter.

4. Turn on the stove into a medium-low heat.

5. Grease the non-stick pan using a cooking spray or butter and immediately pour half a cup of the batter mixture on it.

6. Flip over the pancakes when you see small bubbles on top. After less than a minute you can now take the pancake off the pan and finish cooking the remaining batter.

7. Serve it with butter and maple syrup on top.

This will make about 4 to 6 pancakes, depending on size and thickness. Enjoy!

How to Eat Creme Caramel (Almarai Brand)

I'm on my 10th month here in Kuwait and I noticed that a lot of Sweet Shops and Chocolate Shops are in every corner of the streets. Also, when I visited a hospital nearby, they have this "Diabetes Section" wherein, a lot of patients was on the line compared to other lines waiting to be checked. Therefore, I conclude that Kuwait People love sweets.

One of the sweet dessert I love is their CREME CARAMEL, it is a custard jelly that has caramel on top. In the Philippines, we call it LECHE FLAN. At first, I noticed it in the Supermarket, it costs 0.105 fills or about US$0.37/Php 16.00. I bought a piece to taste it, and it was "a bomb!", it tastes really good, not too soft, not too sweet. The caramel on top was not bitter, it tastes just so good! I was hooked by it,  I must say. So, everytime we go to the grocery, I make sure to buy its 5+1 free promo pack.

Now, I will teach you the step-by-step procedure on how to eat Creme Caramel of Almarai Company.

Step 1. Open the lid gently. Make sure you are not going to squeeze the bottom part of the cup because it might get out of shape.

Step 2. Turn it upside down on a small plate. You can use any kind of plate as long as it is not smaller than the mouth of the cup because the caramel might spill off. When you do this step, you will notice that creme caramel stays on the cup.

Step 3. For the creme to be removed from the cup, (the exciting part!) you are going to peel off slowly the small foil at the bottom. The small foil covers a tiny hole that makes the air comes in and makes the creme to slowly went out.

Step 4. Remove the cup and indulged yourself into this wonderful creation.

Enjoy and have fun eating!
